LIVE SHOPPING STRATEGY
To revitalize the concept of live shopping amongst Millennials and Gen-Z, I led the strategy of developing virtual experiences (e.g., concerts, behind the scenes with celebrities, etc.) instead of standard live shopping.​​

The first live shopping experience was a concert with The City Girls

Everything worn by The City Girls could be purchased in real-time during the show

The concert was held in Savage X Fenty's first retail store, thus drawing people into the space for months post the event​
